  • Menu Visibility Control – Each role includes a configurable option to show or hide Servisa menus. By default, menus remain hidden, ensuring that unauthorized users cannot view or access sensitive operational data.

Servisa introduces an intelligent lead-type workflow that streamlines the transition from coaching inquiries to full visa applications.This automated flow eliminates manual work, reduces errors, and ensures that every lead progresses smoothly into the correct application process.

Structured Coaching Application Workflow with Seamless Visa Progression

The Coaching module in Servisa provides a guided, stage-based workflow to capture applicant information and manage their coaching journey from inquiry to visa processing.

  • Apply for Coaching – When a lead is converted into a coaching application, it automatically enters this initial stage.
  • Register Student – After confirmation, the application progresses to the Register Student stage, indicating the student has formally enrolled.
  • Application Stage – If the applicant chooses to proceed with a visa, the system shifts the record to the Application stage, where an Immigration Application is automatically generated.

Additionally, users can manage financial records directly from the coaching form:

  • Create Payment – Generate payment receipts for the applicant.
  • Create Invoice – Issue invoices for coaching or application fees.

Once the Coaching Application is converted into an Immigration Application, an Application button appears at the top. Clicking Go to Application redirects the user to the associated visa application form, ensuring a smooth and connected workflow across coaching and immigration services.

Comprehensive Immigration Application Workflow with Purpose-Based Stages

The Immigration Application form in Servisa captures all essential applicant details while guiding consultants through a structured, purpose-driven workflow. Each application's stages are automatically configured based on the selected Immigration Purpose, ensuring that the process aligns with the specific requirements of the chosen visa category.

Consultants can also manage financial operations directly from the application:

  • Create Payment – Generate payment receipts for the applicant with a single click.
  • Create Invoice – Issue invoices for visa or application-related fees quickly and accurately.

This streamlined setup enables consultants to handle immigration cases efficiently, maintain clarity at every step, and deliver a smooth experience to their clients.

Comprehensive Exam Details with Automated Score Tracking

Servisa allows consultants to record and manage all relevant exam information directly within the Immigration Application form. The system supports a wide range of international exams—including IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, PTE, SAT, ACT, and additional custom exams—providing flexibility for diverse applicant profiles.

Each exam entry includes structured fields for scores, bands, and results, enabling accurate evaluation and seamless comparison. This centralized exam tracking helps consultants ensure eligibility, verify requirements, and maintain complete clarity throughout the visa assessment process.

University Application Management for Student Visa Cases

Servisa automatically enables university application processing for applicants pursuing a Student Visa, ensuring that only relevant cases progress through this specialized workflow. Applicants can select their preferred universities, and based on the status of each selection, specific action buttons appear in the header for smooth navigation and decision-making:

  • Visa – Generates the visa application record for the chosen university. The user must upload the offer letter to proceed with further stages.
  • Reject University – Moves the selected university record into the Rejected stage if the application is not accepted.
  • Back to Application – Deletes the current university application and redirects the user back to the main Immigration Application form.

This structured flow ensures clarity, maintains clean records, and provides consultants with a seamless way to manage university selections and student visa transitions.

Visa Application Processing with Stage-Based Decision Management


The Application for Visa is generated once the applicant receives an official offer letter from the selected university. Servisa provides a structured decision workflow with four key action buttons in the header, allowing consultants to manage the visa outcome efficiently:

  • Done – Marks the visa application as Approved and moves it into the Done stage.
  • Reject Visa – Moves the record to the Rejected stage when a visa is denied.
  • Condition Visa – Shifts the application into the Conditional stage if the visa is placed on hold pending additional requirements or documentation.

Detailed Coaching Report in PDF Format

Servisa allows users to generate a comprehensive Coaching Report directly from the Coaching Application. This PDF report includes all key applicant details—ensuring accurate documentation, easy sharing, and reliable record-keeping. Designed for clarity and completeness, the report helps consultants present well-organized information for internal review or client communication.

General Affidavit Report in PDF Format

Servisa enables consultants to generate the General Affidavit Report directly from the Immigration Application.
