Servisa Visa Management for Agents
The Visa Management Agents module handles immigration/coaching applications.

Add Roles:
- Servisa Lead Manager - User can create Leads for coaching or visa application.
- Servisa Application Manager - User can convert Leads into Application. And further Process of visa.
- Hide Menus - User who has the role can see all menu. By default it's false so other user can't see those menus.
Added field:
- Lead Type --> Coaching --> Application
- According to type selection Application will generate when click on Generate Application button. It will redirect to the application.
- In coaching application form, need to add details of applicant.
- There are three stages of the coaching application.
- Apply for Coaching:When convert lead in to coaching application it will come in Apply for coaching stage.
- Register Student:After confirmation it will move in 'Register Student' stage.
- Application:Issf Applicant want to process for visa It will move in 'Application stage' and Immigration Application will create.
- Create Payment:User can create Payment Receipt for the applicant.
- Create Invoice:User can create Invoice of application fees for the applicant.
- Once Coaching Application convert into the Immigration Application, Application button will visible in top.
- Go to Application button will redirect to the Immigration Application.
Immigration Application
- In Immigration Application form, need to add details of applicant.
- The stages of the application set according to selection of Immigration Purpose.
- Create Payment:User can create Payment Receipt for the applicant.
- Create Invoice:User can create Invoice of application fees for the applicant.
Exams Details
- In Immigration Application form, need to add details of Exams.
- There are many exams and their results calculation available like IELTS,TOEFL,GRE,PTE,SAT,ACT and Other.
Application for University
- Only those applications will create University record which has student visa application.
- The applicant can select university of his/her choice. According to status of those university buttons will visible in header Visa, Reject University and Back to Application
- Visa button will create record for visa application. User have to upload offer letter for further process.
- If the application of university of the applicant will reject, using Reject University button university can move into reject stage.
- Using Back to Application delete record of the University Application and redirect to the Immigration Application.
Application for Visa
- Application for Visa will create when the applicant will get offer letter from university.
- There are four buttons in header: Done Reject Visa Condition Visa Back to University
- Done button will move visa application in done stage if visa will get.
- Reject Visa button will move in reject stage if visa will reject.
- Condition Visa button will move in condition stage. if visa will on hold for some condition.
Coaching Report:
- This report will print from Coaching Application. It print all details of the applicant. The report is in pdf format.
General Affidavit Report:
- This report will print from Immigration Application. It contains details of affidavit. The report is in pdf format.
Application Detail:
- This report will print from Immigration Application. It contains details of the applicant. The report is in pdf format.
Attendance Report:
- This report will print from wizard which located under Attendance menu. It's menu called 'Attendance Report'. This report will print record of the Attendance of the employee. it is in xls format.
