ITSM Dashboards
Every open ticket â by team, agent, customer, status and SLA â on one live screen.
Why this module
Service managers running an ITSM helpdesk see their backlog only through list views and ad-hoc filters: who is overloaded, which customer site is generating tickets, and whether SLAs are holding are questions that mean rebuilding the same pivots every day. Odoo's Dashboards app ships boards for Sales and Accounting, but nothing tuned to an ITSM operation. This module adds one, ready as soon as Helpdesk ITSM is installed.
One screen for the whole backlog
A single sheet consolidates the open-ticket picture: an Open Tickets scorecard, a Tickets by Status pie, an SLA Met/Breached donut, and top-10 tables for agents and teams plus ticket volume by customer location. Six global filters â Period, Team, Agent, Status, Customer and Tags â are wired to every block, so one change recomputes the entire board at once.
Getting started
- The dashboard auto-installs with Helpdesk ITSM and appears under Dashboards → Services → Helpdesk ITSM.
- Open it once as administrator and adjust the Status and Team filter excludes in the spreadsheet editor â the shipped defaults reference the originating database's stage and team IDs.
- Every helpdesk user with dashboard access sees the same live board.
Scope & compatibility
- Odoo 19.0 Enterprise â a data-only companion to
helpdesk_itsmand the Dashboards app; it ships one dashboard and nothing else. - A snapshot board, not a historical trend: leaderboards are capped (top 10 in charts, up to 20 agents in the volume table).
- “Open” is defined by the Status filter excludes rather than a hard domain, and the Customer dimension uses the ITSM location (commercial site).
