Bring official validation to your HR department. This module extends the base Stamp & Signature functionality specifically to Employee Payslips.
Automate the process of signing and stamping payslips. No more manual printing and scanning â simply upload your company stamp and personal signatures, then toggle them on for any payslip that needs official confirmation.
What it does
Official Payslips
Adds 'Show Stamp' and 'Show Signature' options directly to the Payslip form. Perfect for organizations requiring sealed payroll documents for bank submissions or legal records.
Dynamic Placement
Leverages the base module's powerful positioning system. Control exactly where the stamp and HR manager's signature appear on the PDF report without changing the template.
Seamless Integration
Works out-of-the-box with standard Odoo Payroll. It uses the signatures already uploaded by your HR officers or Administrators in their standard user preferences.

1. Configure the stamp and signatures in the base module settings.
2. Tick the checkbox on any Payslip â stamp and signature appear on the PDF report:

Up and running in three steps
Upload the stamp. Settings â Companies â Stamp Information: image, size, position.
Upload signatures. Each user adds theirs under My Profile â no admin rights required.
Tick and print. Open any supported document, tick Show Stamp / Show Signature, print the PDF.
