This module integrates Odoo Website Sale (eCommerce) with WhatsApp, allowing you and your customers to communicate about online orders directly through WhatsApp. From the product page, cart or order confirmation page, users can trigger WhatsApp messages that include dynamic details such as product name, price, cart contents or order reference. Messages are based on configurable templates and use the customerâs or visitorâs WhatsApp number, helping you answer presales questions, share order confirmations, and follow up on abandoned carts or pending payments. By connecting your online shop with WhatsApp, the module improves customer engagement, speeds up support, and makes it easier to share purchase information on the channel customers use most.
