Configuration
Activate the rating feature on Website
To activate the rating feature, from your shop page, select a product, go to Edit > Customize and enable Rating > Save the changes.
Give Rating and Review on Specific Product
Users can add a star rating and share their review on a specific product.
Like/Dislike Product Reviews
Users can like or dislike the Product review.
Must be Sign in to Like/Dislike the Review
To like or dislike a review, you must be signed in; otherwise, you cannot like or dislike it.
If you try to like or dislike without signing in, the system will display a pop-up that says, "Please sign in to like or dislike the review."
Click on the ‘Sign in’ button, and you will be redirected to the sign-in page.
