All file types stored as attachments in Odoo are supported, including PDFs, Word documents, Excel sheets, images, and more.

Yes. A table popup appears before download, listing all attachments to be included (with file name, type, size, and delete icon). You can review before confirming.

No. The app respects Odoo's access rights and record rules. You will only be able to download files you have permission to access.

If none of the selected records have attachments, a warning will appear indicating that there’s nothing to download.
