WT POS Salon

Getting Started
Set up your salon POS in minutes.
Install Module
Install WT POS Salon from Apps. Requires WT Salon Management and Point of Sale (auto-installed).
Configure Services
Go to Salon → Services. Create services with prices, durations and linked products. Add specialists and amenities (chairs/rooms).
Enable in POS
Go to POS → Configuration. Open your POS terminal and enable Salon Mode. The salon button appears in the POS navbar.
Start Taking Bookings
Open POS, click the Salon button. Book appointments, accept walk-ins, assign specialists, and process payments — all from one screen.

Appointment Booking
Step-by-step booking wizard: select service, customer, specialist and amenity. Supports advance payments and time slots.
Walk-In Support
Instant walk-in service. Select services, optionally assign a customer, and send directly to POS order for payment.
Specialist Management
Assign specialists (stylists, therapists) to appointments. Track availability and workload per specialist.
Amenity Grid
Visual grid of chairs, rooms and stations with live status — Available, Reserved, or In Service. Click any amenity to view or start the appointment.
POS Payment Integration
Services are added directly to the POS order. Accept cash, card or any configured payment method. Appointments auto-complete after payment.
Track All Appointments
View all today's appointments with status filters — confirmed, in-progress, done. Monitor active services in real time from the POS.
Advance Payments
Collect partial advance payment at booking time. Remaining balance is charged when the service is completed.
Backend Salon Management
Full backend for services, specialists, amenities, appointments and reviews. Powered by WT Salon Management module.
No POS Disruption
POS loads normally on the Product Screen. Salon features open as an overlay dialog — the rest of POS stays fully operational underneath.
How to Use — Step by Step
Complete guide from install to first appointment.
Install the Module
Go to Apps, search for WT POS Salon and click Install. WT Salon Management and Point of Sale will install automatically as dependencies.
Create Services & Specialists
Go to Salon → Services and create your service menu (Haircut, Facial, Massage, etc.) with prices and durations. Then add specialists under Salon → Specialists with their available services.
Set Up Amenities (Chairs / Rooms)
Go to Salon → Amenities. Add your chairs, beds, rooms or stations. These appear as a visual grid in POS showing live availability.
Enable Salon in POS Config
Go to Point of Sale → Configuration. Open your POS terminal settings and enable Salon Mode. Optionally set the default service product for POS order lines.
Open POS & Start Booking
Open the POS session. Click the Salon button in the top navbar. The salon management dialog opens with amenities, today's appointments, and action buttons for booking, walk-in, running services, and tracking.
Process Payment
When a service is added to order, proceed to the standard POS payment screen. Accept cash, card or any payment method. The appointment is automatically marked as done after successful payment.
