This screen allows you to configure Zoho integration with Odoo by entering the required credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, Redirect URI, Organization Key) and managing tokens (Access Token, Refresh Token, Token Expiry). It also provides the option to select which models should be synchronized.

In this screen, users configure the Zoho integration by entering the Client ID, Client Secret, and Redirect URI. Once these details are added, the "Connect to Zoho" button becomes visible. Clicking this button initiates the authentication process, and upon approval, the system automatically fetches and stores the Access Token, Refresh Token, and Token Expiry.

The "Sync Records Zoho to Odoo" and "Sync Records Odoo to Zoho" button activates once Zoho is connected and tokens are retrieved, enabling seamless record synchronization from Zoho to Odoo and Odoo to Zoho.

The Organization Key is mandatory — without it, syncing is not possible. Once configured, data flows effortlessly across selected modules.

Navigate to Technical → Models, open the model you want to sync with Zoho, and enable the "Use in Zoho" boolean. This will make the model visible in the Zoho Connector Configuration for synchronization.

Only the models with "Use in Zoho" enabled will appear in the Models field, as shown in the above image.
