The row of view icons becomes a single tidy button that shows the view you are in by name. List, Kanban, Pivot, Graph, Calendar and more all live behind it, so the toolbar stays clean no matter how many views a screen offers.
Just hover to open it and move on to your choice, no click needed. It steps aside on touch and small screens, where a normal tap does the job.

The filters and saved favorites you rely on line up as a row of tabs right under the search box. Tap one to apply it, tap another to switch, no reopening the Filters menu each time.
Pick which presets earn a tab, save a new favorite without leaving the list, and the bar remembers your setup per screen, so every view opens with the shortcuts that belong to it.

Bring up an inline filter row under the headers and narrow any column right where you read it, each box matched to the field's type, with one click to clear a column or wipe them all.
Every header also carries a quick actions menu: filter by that column, sort ascending or descending, group by it (by year, quarter, month, week or day for dates), fit or reset its width, or hide it. All the work you used to hunt for in separate menus, gathered onto the column it belongs to.

Grab a column header and drag it into place, right on the list, and drop it where it belongs. No dialog, no settings screen, just the order you actually work in.
Your arrangement is remembered for that view, ready the next time you open it. And when you want the original layout back, one click resets the column order to the way it shipped, no undoing your moves by hand.

Turn on a row number column with a single click whenever you need to count or point to a line. The numbering is live, never a stored field, so it costs nothing and clutters no data.
It keeps counting across pages instead of restarting at one, and quietly skips section and group lines so only real records are numbered.
From the same column menu, one click fits every column to its content, measured from the real data in each cell, so nothing is clipped and nothing is wasted. Your choices are remembered for that view, ready the next time you open it.

Any list can become editable on demand. Press Edit and the rows turn into live fields you can change in place, then press Done to step back out. No opening each record, no separate screen.
It is fully non-intrusive: the view's original settings are kept and restored the moment you finish, and the button simply stays hidden where editing is not allowed, so permissions are always respected.

Every field you actually change is highlighted, with a control to restore just that one back to its saved value, leaving the rest of your edits untouched. It even understands ripple effects: undo a field and the values its change pulled along come back with it.
Turn on Manual Save and nothing is written until you say so. Switching tabs or toggling a widget no longer saves behind your back. Try to leave with pending edits and a clear prompt lists exactly what changed, then walks you straight to the first field, even one hidden inside a closed tab.

The chatter stops being a wall of messages. Sort it by Inbox first, latest activity, starred, or most reactions. Filter down to what matters: notes to you, tracked field changes, attachments, a given activity type, or any window in time from today to last year.
And when a record links to another, read that record's chatter right here, without leaving the form. One click follows the connection, one click brings you back. Every result stays inside your access rights, resolved on the server so long histories stay fast.

Browse a Kanban board and open any card in a flyout popup, the full form, editable and saveable, floating right over the board you were reading.
Hold Shift and click for an instant peek, or switch Flyout Mode on from the toolbar. Save and the board behind it refreshes on its own, so you never lose your place. Best of all, the choice is remembered per screen: turn it on where it helps, and that view greets you the same way every time you return.

Press the shortcut and a Spotlight-style Data Explorer opens over any screen. Start typing and it searches straight into your real records, across every business app you can access.
There is nothing to configure. It reads each model on its own, knows which field to match, and respects the exact menus your permissions allow. Open a match right there in a dialog, or jump to the full form. Add an advanced filter when you need precision, and the results you reach most rise to the top over time.

These screens are a milestone, captured from earlier releases across the Home Menu, sidebar navigation, every data view, clean form layouts, deep customization, and fully responsive mobile, tablet and RTL rendering.
