This is the tool to remind users of activities which deadline is today or which deadline has already passed

The tool is compatible with both Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community.

Configure your own single-list reminders for any Odoo records using the tool All-In-One Lists Reminders
Some email clients / browser might partially spoil the table appearance

The tool gathers all activities which should be done urgently: today or in the Past
The reminder is sent for each user individually if he/she has such activities
Notification is done as a single email with all activities combined in the table. Each line has a link for an instant access to a parent activity record (related opportunity, partner, sales order, etc.). No dozens useless emails
Only important activities are included into the reminder. Choose activity types which should be considered for reminders
A reminder is sent once per day, but you can change frequency or time. Look at the 'Configuration' tab
You may also modify email appearance and set. Look at the 'Configuration' tab
The module features depend on your Odoo version. Please select required one on the top right of this page

If a user doesn't receive reminders

  • Check his/her preferences. Is it configured here to receive all email notifications from Odoo?
  • Check that activity types are configured. Do a user have any activities with broken/today deadlines on those stages?

To change reminders' appearance

  1. Turn on the debug mode (technical features)
  2. Go to the Odoo technical settings > Email > Templates
  3. Find one with the name 'Activities Daily Reminder'
Here you might change:
  • Reminder subject
  • Reminder styles
  • Reminder columns
  • Introduce translations
However, be cautious with dynamic expressions. They have very rigid requirements. Have you broken everything? No problem: delete this template and update the module

  3. Find one with the name 'Notify users about overdue activities'

Mr. Lemmy, we have sent you a number of emails with requests to cope with the situation. However, we have not received responses for a week. Could you please check your email. We need at least server logs to understand the issue. On no of our databases, it is re-produced.

How can we fix the issue, which we can't anyhow see, if we do not have data?

For the record we bought this module on Monday the 9th and asked for support the day we bought it. Three work days later I posted here because we had no response. After my post here someone emailed me saying I probably messed up the template and sent me a copy of the template that is part of your module. I immediately responded back and said this was a brand new install and the template was not touched. I went in and double checked and the template you sent was exactly the same one in our templates area. I also gave you the info for an account with admin access and explained again if you click scheduled actions from your module and tell it to send the notification now thats when it gives all the errors. It is now the 18th. I have yet to get a response from anyone again and no one from your company has even logged in to look. If this is the support people can expect from your company I think we are better off with a refund. I have tried to be patient but this is too long for us to wait for support.

Hello Mr. Lemmy, we have answered to you bug report via our support system yesterday. Please be patient: regretfully, we can't provide the required in your message SLA level to answer all requests within a single day. One of the reasons is just we have different working calendars / holidays according to legislation. Besides, according to the Odoo Store terms, the max respond time is 2 weeks, while we in the most cases provide the answers within 72 hours or less. It seems quite unfair to get the negative modules review in such a situation.

Module installed but when it tries to send the email I get the following error. Please respond and help or refund?
