Helpdesk Sales Management
This module enables the creation of Quotations or Sales
Orders directly from a Helpdesk ticket.
When a ticket results in the customer requiring additional services or spare parts, you can generate a
Quotation or Sales Order directly from the ticket.
- Create quotations directly from the ticket form view.
- Select multiple related tickets to generate a quotation.
Usage
1. Creating a Quotation from a Single Ticket:
In the Kanban view of Tickets, click on the ticket card.

In the Form view of the ticket, click the Quotations button.

The system will redirect you to the Quotation form view, with the Customer field pre-filled based on the ticketâs partner.

2. Creating Multiple Quotations from the Ticket List:
In the Kanban view of Tickets, click the icon on the right side to switch to the List view.

In the List view, select the tickets for which you want to create quotations. Then, click Action â Create Quotations.
Note: The selected tickets must have the same partner. Otherwise, the system will display a warning.

The system will generate the quotations and navigate to the newly created Quotation form view.

If the Quotation is linked to any tickets, a smart button will appear on the right side of the screen, indicating the number of related tickets.
Click the smart button to view the associated tickets.
