Introduction
Machine and Equipment lease is a process widely spread across industries, both internal and external.
This Odoo equipment lease management module enables managing company's equipment like leasing laptops
and hardware for employees.
It allows managers to track where each equipment is, with whom, the history, the status after returning,
if late or not.
In addition, this module works with a barcode to speed up scanning and minimize errors.

How it Works
- Create Equipment: Set image, state, serial number, model, and brand. Add extra info using Odoo Studio.
- Generate Reports: Automatically create reports with barcode and QR code,
including the equipment
name and serial number. Clone and customize reports in Odoo Studio.
- Track Rentals: Identify the last renter’s name, date, and equipment state upon
return. Track the
current renter and rental dates.
- Create Rentals: Set the return date, deliver the equipment, obtain signatures,
and manage returns.
- Barcode: Use a barcode scanner to add and return equipment, automating the
process and minimizing
errors.
- Manage Rental Stages: Track stages such as draft, in rental, or returned. Add
stages and adjust
their sequence as needed.
- Late Rentals: Identify and manage late rentals, and prevent
the rent or lease of undelivered equipment.
- Calendar View: View rental allocations on the Odoo calendar
for better organization.
