Process

• Create multiple equipment, set their image, state, serial number, model and brand. To add extra info, Studio can be used

• Automatically generate a report with barcode and QR code for each equipment, additional its name and serial number. This report can be cloned and customized in Odoo studio (for help, contact us on info@azka.tech)

• Identify the last renter’s name, date and state of equipment once returned, also the current renter, and the from and to date of the current rent.

• Create rental, by setting the date to “which is the date of returning equipment”, delivering the equipment and signing, and returning once done.

• Manage adding and returning equipment with the help of barcode scanner which ease and automate the process of rental creation and minimize errors

• Manage stages of the rental, whether is it in draft, in rental, or returned default stages, as well as the ability to add multiple stages and adjust their sequence respectively.

• Ability to identify late rentals, and preventing add of undelivered equipment.

• Ability to view the rentals allocations with help of the calendar view.
