Mail Messages Easy Pro Version
All features of basic version plus:
- Message Preview Pane
- Send message with To Cc Bcc fields
- Edit or Delete Messages and Notes directly from Chatter or Discuss thread
- Move messages to other thread/record
- Reply , Forward , Move message directly from Discuss or Chatter thread
- Flexible Chatter: Show/hide Messages, Notes, Notifications!
- Assign message author if author was not detected automatically
- Delete CRM Leads/Opportunities if no messages left except for Notifications

Show lost messages
Sometimes Odoo cannot determine target model/record for the message and such messages remain unassigned so users cannot see them.
Meanwhile these messages can contain important information!
Go to "Lost" menu in "Messages" where you can read all of them and move to proper record manually!
Hint: Add user to group "Messages: View Lost Messages" to access lost messages. Go to "Settings->Users", open User's profile and set checkbox on this setting. - N.B. This is an extension of Mail Messages Easy module. Please check its description before using this module!

Any abuse of this reporting system will be penalizedgame changing addition to odoo
this module makes odoo suitable for use as your core messaging hub for your business. I would say it's finally possible to separate customer emails from a traditional inbox in most instances.
Definition of Lost Messages
Hi, We are looking for a solution that will display any emails sent to our odoo email address that can't be attached to an object (i.e. order, invoice, opportunity, help desk ticket, etc.).
This commonly happens when people notice our system email (team@shurhold.com) and create a new email addressed to that address. In many cases, the contact's exists in our system, but no one is notified that an email arrived because it isn't attached to an order, etc.
Does your system identify these messages so that they can easily be reviewed? Can your system notify a group of users that an email like this has arrived? Thanks!

Hi Forrest, thank you for your inquiry,
You can use the basic free version of this module to move such messages to a special model called "Conversations".
Do do this just configure "Conversation" as a fallback model in your incoming mail server.
After that all incoming messages that cannot be allocated to some record will appear under the "Conversations" menu in "Messages".
As mentioned above this is a feature of the base version of this module. You should purchase the Pro version only if you need to move such messages to other records later. Eg Leads, Tickets etc,

Thank you for your purchase! You should have a download button directly in your Sales Order. Like this one
if it doesn't work it might be some browser issue. Or sometimes Odoo App Store might not working properly as well.
Please check your browser settings (enable pop-ups etc). If it doesn't help I will ask Odoo for assistance.

Hello, we do not find any "lost messages", seems they are rejected by Odoo.
Please provide information on how to set up addon to make "lost messages" work

"Lost" messages are actually the messages that are not linked to some Odoo record for some reason.
If your Odoo does not receive a message it cannot be treated as "lost" (it is actually not inside Odoo).
However you can use default fallback model for your incoming mail server and route your message to a special model called "Conversation".
