Helpdesk - Repair

This module allows you to create and manage repair requests directly from helpdesk tickets.

When a Repair order is necessary to resolve a helpdesk ticket, this module provides a convenient solution.

Enables management of support teams, custom rights settings, and repair integration based on specific team needs.

Configuration

Navigate to Teams

Navigating to menu Helpdesk > Configuration → Teams.






In the list view of Teams, click on a team to configure.






In the detailed view of the team, check the "Allow Repair" option.







Click "Save" to enable the repair integration for tickets that the “Localization” team is responsible for.




Usage


On the Helpdesk Dashboard, access the tickets of the Localization team.





In the Kanban view of Helpdesk tickets, click on the relevant ticket card.



In the Helpdesk ticket form, fill in the contact, product, and lot/serial number fields. The system will automatically use this information as the default for the product to repair, lot/serial number, and partner in the Repair Order.




Click the "Repair" button in the ticket form to create a new Repair Order.





The system will navigate to the Repair Order form, where users can fill in the necessary fields and click "Save."



In the Repair Order form, click on the Ticket field to view the related details.
