Helpdesk Return

The Helpdesk Return module enables seamless integration between your helpdesk and return management processes. This module allows you to handle product returns directly from helpdesk tickets, ensuring efficient and streamlined customer service.

Enable or disable return management for specific teams by configuring the Allow Return option in the team settings.

The system automatically retrieves related sales and delivery orders based on the contact information provided in the helpdesk ticket.

The intuitive wizard displays products and quantities eligible for return, simplifying the return process.

Filtered Sales and Delivery Orders

Easily filter and select relevant sales and delivery orders within the helpdesk ticket for precise return management.

Automated Return Creation and Tracking

The system generates return pickings automatically and provides a smart button in the ticket form for easy tracking of reverse transfers.

Configuration

Navigate to Configuration → Teams.






2. In the Teams List View, select the team you want to configure.






3. In the Team Form View, enable the Allow Return option.






4. Save the settings to activate return management for the selected team.







Usage

1. In the Helpdesk Dashboard, go to the tickets of the Localization team.





2. In the Kanban View of Helpdesk Tickets, select a ticket to process.









3. In the Ticket Form View, ensure the Contact field is filled. The system will use this information to find the associated Sales Orders and Delivery Orders for the return process.








4. The Partner Sale Orders field will display the relevant sales orders from which you can select the items to return.



5. To initiate a return, click on the Return button in the ticket form.




6. The system will open the Reverse Transfer Wizard where you can:

  • View the products and quantities from the delivery order eligible for return.
  • Filter the Sale Order field, which displays the orders linked to the partner.
  • Use the Delivery to Return field to select the delivery order to be returned.


7. After selecting the delivery order, click Return to create the return.









8. The system will generate a return picking and automatically navigate to it.










9. You can view the associated return transfer by clicking on the Return button in the Helpdesk Ticket form.
