Helpdesk Website Form
The app allows users to easily create tickets online without needing to log in.
The Helpdesk app provides a simple and efficient solution for managing support requests. Public users can
create tickets without logging in, and the system automatically assigns the support team based on the ticket
category.
- A public ticket form that does not require login, allowing public users to create a ticket.
- Automatically assigns the responsible team based on the ticket category.
How to use
Creating a Ticket from website
Go to Website
On the website, public users can create a New Ticket by selecting the option from the menu.

The system will navigate to the ticket creation form.

Public users can fill out the form and then click the "Send" button.

The system will display a notification confirming the successful submission of the form.

The ticket created by public users will be automatically assigned to the appropriate helpdesk team responsible for the selected ticket category. If multiple helpdesk teams are responsible for that category, the system will assign one of them.

Configuration
Create Ticket Form
Note: This is applicable for internal users with Website Restricted Editor or Website Editor and Designer permissions.
On the website, click "Edit."

In the menu tab "Blocks," locate the "Form Builder" block, and drag it into the "DRAG BUILDING BLOCKS HERE" section of the website.

Version 13:
A popup will appear, where you need to change the action to "Create a Ticket."

Select the appropriate ticket category.

Click the "Save" button to finalize.

Version 14 and above:
Starting from version 14, after dropping the form builder block, the system will no longer display a popup. The form will appear immediately after being dropped. Users can click on the form area to select it.

In the "STYLE" tab of the panel, modify the action to "Create a Ticket."

The form will now be converted to a "create ticket" form. In the "STYLE" tab, users can also adjust the ticket category.

Once the "create ticket" form appears in the designated area, click "Save."

The ticket form has now been successfully created.
