Configure roles for the managers

Binotel connections:

• Please give to binotel support this url: http://your_website.com/binotel_integration for integration and please inform binotel administrator that request must be sent in the type: apiCallSettings, apiCallCompleted and ask for binotel key, binotel secret and binotel company id
• After configurate roles please reloaded page and go to Binotel Integration -> Setting -> Company: choose your company (you can configure binotel in several company) and insert binotel key, binotel secret and binotel company id

• Attention Due to changes and corrections from the Binotel company, the data they send changes, if the module does not work correctly, please contact us
• If you want to create call in binotel app from the Odoo, you need add binotel phone in work mobile field and then you press the key on the phone image in contact


• The officer has somewhat limited functionality
• After the previous settings, if someone calls in your binotel company, you will see a message from odoo bot discuss

• You can add functional creating new leeds on CRM or create new tickets on helpdesk in general setting. Also in general setting you can add function archive and delete records after select time.


• When start call in custom module create record with stage In progress

• If you want transfer call on other employee, you need click button "Transfer call" and write number employee in binotel


• When call end, stage automatically change to Done, add all information about call and save record


• If status call canceled, stage automatically change to Canceled and add all data about call
