Freshdesk Connector

The Freshdesk connector enables users to seamlessly integrate their business data into Odoo. It provides various functionalities, including syncing contacts, companies, tickets, and tickets conversations. With enhanced logging, the connector also displays the count of synced tickets and contacts. In case a ticket fails to sync, the logger identifies the unsynced ticket and provides the reason for the failure.

  • Go to Freshdesk profile page, copy your Freshdesk account domain example: "https://{yourdomain}.freshdesk.com".
  • Copy your Freshdesk account domain like "https://newaccount1637843080162.freshdesk.com" and your API key as mentioned in the Screenshot.
  • Enter the domain and API key under authentication and test connection.
