Freshdesk Connector
The Freshdesk connector enables users to seamlessly integrate their business data into Odoo. It provides various functionalities, including syncing contacts, companies, tickets, and tickets conversations. With enhanced logging, the connector also displays the count of synced tickets and contacts. In case a ticket fails to sync, the logger identifies the unsynced ticket and provides the reason for the failure.
Freshdesk Odoo Connector enables two-way synchronization of Contacts, Companies and Tickets between Freshdesk and Odoo. This integration streamlines data flow for both Freshdesk and Odoo Users, creating a seamless user experience.

Freshdesk Domain & API Key
- You can get your freshdesk Domain and API Key from the highlighted places shown in Freshdesk.
Freshdesk Authentication
- Go to Settings and then Freshdesk and enter your Domain and API key in the spaces provided and Click on Build Connection.
Customized settings option
- Go to Freshdesk setting page.
- Go to Freshdesk profile page, copy your Freshdesk account domain example: "https://{yourdomain}.freshdesk.com".
- Copy your Freshdesk account domain like "https://newaccount1637843080162.freshdesk.com" and your API key as mentioned in the Screenshot.
- Enter the domain and API key under authentication and test connection.
Freshdesk Configuration Menu
- 1. You can see all the options for Syncing your Contacts and Tickets here.
- 2. Manual Action has to be checked and then a custom date range has to be inputted to continue with Syncing.
- 3. Click on Sync button to start syncing your data from Freshbooks into Odoo.
Here is the scheduler setting
- Automated Settings Automatically starts Syncing your data if checked as a Scheduled Job.
- You can Specify a time interval for this Scheduled Job to start executing.
Queued Tickets
- Clicking on Queue at the top of your page will take you to the imported ticket queue from Freshdesk.
Import to Helpdesk
- 1. Select all tickets in the Queue.
- 2. Click on Actions.
- 3. Click on Import to Helpdesk to import your tickets into Helpdesk module.
Helpdesk Logs
- Clicking on Logs at the top will show you all the logs for tickets that you have imported from your Freshdesk Queue into Helpdesk.
Sync logs
- In this menu you can see all your stats and details for all Syncs that you performed.
Odoo teams / groups
- In this menu you can view your Odoo Teams / Groups.
UnSynced ticket logs
- In this menu you can view your Unsynced tickets to Helpdesk.
