Module Features

Read odoo PDF invoice file and create invoice
A wide possibility of configuring the types of invoice file reading

Configuration

After install please click to configure in OCR invoice module

Insert credentials:

  • Please go to http://cloud-eu.ocrsdk.com and create your profile
  • Coppy Application ID and to your Email letter will come with password from Cloud-eu
  • Please insert in Configuration setting OCR invoice module

Template:

  • Click create and add your PDF odoo invoice file
  • Here you have the opportunity to add a file and choose different options for configuring the reading file
  • To understand the settings, you can use the Show example slider
  • After configuration template please Save template

Create invoice Package

  • Please click on OCR invoice and create new package
  • You can add PDF odoo invoice file(s) if click Invoices button, select language, recognise type and type of document
  • Click first FILL LINES after RECOGNIZE PARTNERS, CREATE INVOICES/BILLS in OCR lines page you can see new package line
