Return Merchandise Authorization RMA Video user guide

RMA / Website RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization application designed by us simplifies the entire Return process by allowing customers to generate return requests of products for either any operation like Refund, Replace, Repair, or Buyback. Return requests will be generated in the backend odoo ERP from where appropriate action can be taken by the Sales team accordingly through backend RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Moreover, users can Accept/Reject return requests generated in the backend RMA again with the option for Refund, Repair, Replace, or Buy Back and also manage various operational aspects such as creating return receipts, creating and validating delivery orders, updating stock levels in odoo, and many such processes of returns.
