No matter how informative and best the product is, an eCommerce business has to face customers who return the products for any reason. This is the reason, While millions of sellers are joining the e-commerce landscape every year, thousands of them are leaving online marketplaces too. To facilitate the Return Policy, manual work of returning products is impossible to implement. Maintaining the database like type of product, brand, reason, frequency of Return Products emphasizes attention to design a solution which reduces the manual process, and also validates whether the product should be accepted for return or not and also generation of analytical report over return products to take necessary actions if any to maintain revenue.
Understanding this problem, we introduced the RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization application whose implementation and use is considered an absolute necessity for return product’s operations in any online or offline store.
The RMA system vastly simplifies the entire returns process by providing you with an interface to communicate with the customer, and gives you the power to accept or reject the return based on criteria you set.
Moreover, RMA (Return Material Authorization) lets you accept returns for credit, repair, replacement or buy back for whatever reason you authorize. Order processing controls allow you to establish the appropriate activity for your different returned goods channels. Also smart analytical data in the form of charts for various activities can further help you strategize processes for improvements in revenue and business.
