Import Shipped & Unshipped Orders

Map products

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

If you purchase our app for Odoo Version 12 and prior, we will provide you access to all the versions up to 12 depending on their availability. Yes, you can export Products from Odoo to Shopify as well as import Products from Shopify to Odoo. If the products are already present on Odoo as well as Shopify, you can establish a synchronization between them using the connector

The Shopify Odoo Connector lets connect as many Shopify stores as you want with a single Odoo Instance.

The connector synchronizes products by matching the Internal Reference field in Odoo with the SKU field in Shopify. It is mandatory to have a unique SKU or Internal Reference for a product.

The connector allows you to update price from Odoo to Shopify via a pricelist. You can set up a pricelist per Shopify instance in Odoo and update the price to Shopify via the pricelist. You also import the prices from Shopify to Odoo, however, the prices will get imported to the pricelist and not directly to the product.

The connector allows you to update stock from Odoo to Shopify either manually or automatically via a cron job. Stock levels get automatically adjusted in Odoo based on the imported orders. You can also import stock levels from Shopify to Odoo. The imported stock values will create an inventory adjustment entry in Odoo which upon validating will affect the actual stock levels. In the connector settings, you can choose one warehouse per Shopify Instance from which the stock is to be managed.

Any order on Shopify can be imported to Odoo if the connector has been configured correctly. The connector provides a configuration that lets you choose if you want to import only unfulfilled orders or fulfilled orders or both.

Yes. Your endpoint must be an HTTPS webhook address with a valid SSL certificate that can correctly process the event.

If you want to use Webhooks, you must enable the database filter. However, in the case of Odoo.sh, it is handled automatically.

We are looking to change to another connector after using this for almost a year. Reasons:

- Regular stock reconciliation issues with levels not matching in Odoo & Shopify. You never really understand what the issue was, but stock discrepancies, oversells, PO receipts not being updated in Shopify all occur regularly.

- Slow support response times (around a week generally).

- Inability to handle returns. You need to adjust returns manually in Odoo, the connector only works Odoo to Shopify, not Shopify to Odoo.

- You need to pay for support whenever anything goes wrong or you need help. Support is not included.

In short, I do not trust this system. It is supposed to keep inventory correct and prevent oversell. It regularly has issues and the common answer is I need to 'update the app'. A catchall for explaining anything.

Do your research before installing.

The setup does not require techical skills, it is straight-forward.

In any case I faced an edge scenario, the support was always keen to help me with fast response times.

Just got set-up and it seems to be working fine. Their team is in India so you if you are in the US like we are, you are bound to have a lot of 8:45pm/9:00pm calls which can be tiring. Other than that, the support team is helpful.

I have to update my previous comment.

Initial support to get the application installed was good. 

But when you have over 12 tickets opened and none of the are fixed in a timely manner, it gets really frustrating. 

Solution is half developed, documentation is poor, error log files are not clear. 

I feel like giving critical business date to a partner that does not know what they are doing.

I am based in Japan and would like to know if Shopify Odoo connector is compatible with Japanese currency yen that does not have decimals ?. Ex: ¥10,000 and not ¥10,000.00

Can I make in person sales with Odoo POS and receive credit card payment through Shopify Payment processor gateway and the same transaction will synchronize and update shopify system database live?

I have implemented EmiPro Shopify Integration with ODOO for a few weeks.

My first impressions is that you need to acquire a lot of knowhow how to implement the module. It's not a straightforward implementation. And we need an custom made implementations. 

The good news are, that there are a good bunch of video tutorials and that the EmiPro support team is really helpful and available. In particular on EmiPro support person is outstanding: Bhaskar. 

His english is extremely good, he is explaining very well and is always trying to go the extra mile to help you out. It is a real pleasure working with such a person. Bravo !! and many thanks!

We have implemented the ODOO -> Shopify integration with EmiPro for a few weeks.

I can't say that the configuration is easy or straight forward. You need to acquire a lot of knowledge and you need definitively support from EmiPro. The configuration is powerful but also complexe. We had to request a custom development.

I have been in contact with a few Support People from EmiPro. All of the are proactive and supportive. But one person is outstanding. It's Bhaskar. He is the best support partner i had worked with in years !! Great guy and support !

I have been working with Emipro and the Shopify App for more than 6 months now and I can honestly say it is and excellent app. I do however recommend a support package for them to help set it up and do some training with your users. The App makes work flows between the two systems and accounting tasks a breeze. Emipro's after sales service is also top notch. I would give them a 6 out of 5 if I could.

Some orders hve missed the sync but I want to manually tick "updated in Shopify"

Hi Team,


I just wanted to know that when we are mapping the products from Shopify to Odoo is it on a product variant level or on template level. Since Shopify stores the product on a variant level and in Odoo we do not use variants, all the variants are stored as a product template itself.


Can this be done out of the box or do we need customisation?
