Love the intergration from emipro, the people that work there are very helpfull and respond in a very quick manner.
i have had several meetings with them and really found that they where listen to my needs and changes what i wanted, which they always summerized to make sure there was no mistakes. also really liked how Emipro helped with intergrating some software and provided me with guides how to get into this myself.
they already have a lot of information available on their youtube channel regarding this module and it gets explained very well, if questions pop up after the videos i find Emipro more then willing to answer these questions and to look for solutions.
all on all it has been a great pleasure to been working with Emipro and i am looking forward to see what else they can provide me help with in the *nearby* future.

This is one of the best Odoo connectors I have ever used. This links up our Odoo Inventory and Shopify storefront exactly the way we want. The service these guys provide is great as well.
Great modules, even greater company
We have been working with Emipro modules for quite many years now (Mainly Amazon and Shopify connectors). They are great modules that allows us to fully interact with the marketplace: Products, Sales, Integration with 3rd Party shipping partner, Shopify Payout, Reconciliation ... All automatically.
Emipro is not just a developper. They know very well the underlying platform (with dedicated team) and how it works.
We also used their consulting services for specific integration. And honestly, not one day we regret it. They know the different marketplaces, they know Odoo, and they understand your business in depth so that the integration is 100% what you need. A full 360 expertise ! That's not common !

Good product - good support
We installed the connector with Odoo Vs. 14.
We had some difficulties with the setup as the installation instruction could have been more detailed, but Emipro supported us very well and we finally have a good working solution for exchanging data between Shopify and Odoo.

Do not buy this product
This product could not be installed in our system. I have tried to get support in resolving but was denied. Odoo support could not help me either. I have tried to get my money back, but they refused. So I am stuck with a app that does not work. Do not buy this app, you will not get support.

The reason why our connector doesn't install specifically in your Odoo environment is because of the Odoo Base module 'Delivery Costs'. Normally, in a standard Odoo environment, this module remains installed whereas, in your environment, it somehow doesn't install. This is clearly an issue with your Odoo setup and has nothing to do with our connector.
We tried to explain this matter to you several times but instead of understanding this, you were merely asking for a refund because the app doesn't install in your environment without understanding the cause. Had it been the case that it would be our bug which we weren't able to resolve, we would have surely provided you with a refund. However, that is not the case and since the issue is with your Odoo Base, your request does not qualify for a refund.

Very Bad Experience so Far!!
I bought this connector but it is not working as per my requirements, Problems I am facing I will list below, but the worst part is no customer support, I tried to contact them many times finally they replied that they are busy and they do not have time to reply us or give us support now.
Looks like all reviews are fake. I also contacted Odoo to get me some help from them but no use.
1. Sales Order creation is 1-way sync ( Shopify to Odoo) If I create an order in Odoo then it will not sync to Shopify
2. Discount Coupons Details are missing
More Problems I will write down soon once I experience it, only If I will not ask for a refund. Or may drop the idea to implement Odoo being a pure e-commerce company and do not want to move from Shopify.

All the scenarios seems to be covered in this excellent integration plugin. As it is so powerful, it is a bit overwhelming to understand and configure when you first start. I would suggest start with the free support period for initial implementation, then extend with a support plan to get have confidence and peace of mind during the daily operations.

Partially functional app
Hi,
we have implemented the EmiPro connector in July 22. Initially, it was managed by our consultancy company. Then i started to take over and started to talk with the EmiPro support team directly.
First impression was very good. Response was good and on call meeting were efficient. But when you start to dig into more technical configurations, it starts to break appart.
Some examples: partially fulfilled orders are not covered, products that are not sellable is not working, log files does not provide any detailed information how to fix the problem.
I have already 12 open tickets with EmiPro since over 1 months. They are not solved, neither no workable solution. One of them is that the integration is not working for a few days and nobody seems to worry about. I am not sure they understand the criticality of your business data.
What works very good with EmiPro them to ask you to pay the extra support fee (!)
I summary, i have serious concerns that EmiPro is the best partner to mange your business data.

Payments Integration
Hello Emipro,
We are using this module and want some extra customizations. We have this requirement. Let me know if this is possible.
We want to to change status of order payment on Shopify from Odoo.
1- If payment of invoice is fully paid in odoo then order payment status on shopify will be Paid
2- If payment of invoice is Partially paid in odoo then order payment status on shopify will be Partiall Paid
When return of a sale order delivery is created then change status of order on shopify to Return in Progress.
Create Scheduled actions for updating payment & return statuses on shopify.

Dear EmiproTeam,
That is the wrong answer. If your product does not work in my environment, it does not work at all and so I bought something I cannot use. Both my Odoo consultant and Odoo were not able to fix the problem. It is like selling a car and then tell the customer it works properly in the state of Nebraska and unfortunately not in your state (nothing against Nebraska!). The app is useless and I paid a lot for nothing. Explain that to the world.

As long as we are drawing parallels, what you are saying is that we have sold you a car but you are not able to drive it because the road is damaged and as a car seller, if we can't repair the road for you, we should provide you a refund for the car.
We encourage you to read Odoo's Sales Conditions as they clearly state that if our app has a bug and we are not able to fix it, then you are entitled to a refund. In your case, it is very clear that the issue is with your Odoo environment (Delivery Cost Module - Odoo's Base Module). Do you expect a seller to provide you with a refund when it is clearly known that the issue is not with the app but with your Odoo environment? That is completely unreasonable.
Also, don't take our word for it. We also encourage you to talk to Odoo their official support platform and explain them your case and see what they have to say on whether or not you are entitled to a refund.

Congrats on an excellent module
Could you clarify to which point you update the module to keep up with the shopify API changes, as this last keep changing the API frequently, thus would i need to purchase the module after each shopify API change, or rather do you update the module regularly

Best Regards,No this module is not compatible with online saas, as Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps/themes and hence this module cannot be installed on Odoo Online.. This module works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community.
Emipro working excellent and their professionals also made user-friendly apps, all over the world especially in the USA, when a professional app and web developer in TX starts the site creation they always keep in mind the people's needs and what kind of piece they like to use.

My name is Ashley and I just wanted to confirm that your connector will automatically import the products from Shopify to Odoo and vice versa?
We have 400,000 product variants and maybe 10,000 top tier products.
For example. A front bumper is the top tier product, but we can paint it 10 different colors, so there is 10 variance of a product.

Also, I need it to send over order from Shopify to Odoo automatically after 24 hours an order has been placed, etc.
