What it does

In large-scale enterprises, the process of payroll accounting is quite time-consuming and prone to errors. Payroll Accounting module allows the entire Payroll Accounting to be automatically calculated through pre-established rules.

Key Features

  • Set up accounting rules related to payroll accounting:
    • On salary rules;
    • On the Labor Contract.
  • When the payslip is confirmed, the entries are automatically created and recorded in the relevant accounting journals.

Installation

  1. Navigate to Apps.
  2. Search with keyword to_hr_payroll_account.
  3. Press Install.

General Configuration

Configure salary rules

To configure the salary rule , navigate to Payroll ‣ Configuration ‣ Salary Rules, remove the filter structure then find the salary rule that needs to set up the accounting rules, move to tab Accounting, press Edit to fill in the information about the accounting account.

To configure the account for each contract, navigate to Payroll ‣ Employees ‣ Contracts, find the contract to set up and declare the accounting account in the field Expense Account:

Usages

Create and confirm payslips

To create payslips on the Viindoo Payroll app , navigate to Payroll ‣ Payslips ‣ Payslips ‣ Create, add general information and confirm. Payslips are confirmed, at tab Accounting you will see the draft salary entry automatically generated by the system based on the previous account setting.

Press Accounting Entry at tab Accounting to check the accounting entries are automatically recorded in the relevant journal.
