Configure your Meta integration. Generate webhooks, verify access tokens, and link your Facebook accounts to start receiving messages directly in Odoo.

Fetch Pages for your App and select the one you want to integrate.

Window Expired

A clear warning is displayed if you try to send a message after the 24-hour messaging window has expired, so you know the customer must reply first.

Transfer Chat

Click on Transfer Icon above discuss to transfer the chat to other user. Then Select a user to transfer this chat to and click on 'Transfer'.

Invite Users

Click on Invite Icon above discuss to invite users to this chat and select users to invite.

Chat Transferred and User invited

System will notify you if the chat is transferred or user is invited.

Convert Conversations to CRM Leads

Create lead by typing '/lead' in the chat.

Lead created from this chat. Click “View Chat” to open the conversation in a popup.
