Facebook Messenger Integration with Odoo
Facebook Messenger Integration Odoo app enables seamless two-way integration between Facebook Direct Messages and Odoo Discuss. It allows users to automatically receive Facebook messages and attachments directly in Odoo, and reply from within Odoo using text, images and videos. Beyond messaging, the module supports chat transfer between users, the ability to invite additional participants into a conversation and creating leads directly from chats—ensuring smooth collaboration and faster conversion of conversations into opportunities.

Window Expired
A clear warning is displayed if you try to send a message after the 24-hour messaging window has expired, so you know the customer must reply first.
Transfer Chat
Click on Transfer Icon above discuss to transfer the chat to other user. Then Select a user to transfer this chat to and click on 'Transfer'.
Invite Users
Click on Invite Icon above discuss to invite users to this chat and select users to invite.
Chat Transferred and User invited
System will notify you if the chat is transferred or user is invited.
Convert Conversations to CRM Leads
Turn social interactions into business opportunities. Generate leads directly from the Facebook chat.
Create lead by typing '/lead' in the chat.
Customer Lead Created
Lead created from this chat. Click “View Chat” to open the conversation in a popup.
Conversation history until lead creation is saved in the lead description.

Contacts created via Facebook Messenger.
Customer Contact Created
Detailed Interaction Logs
Access exhaustive logs for every message exchanged. Track sender details, delivery status, and media attachments for full transparency.
Watch the Workflow in Action
This video demonstrates the automatic process triggered when a new message is received from Facebook. As soon as a message arrives, a real-time notification is generated in Odoo, and a dedicated Discuss channel is automatically created for that Facebook user.
