Facebook Messenger Integration Odoo app connects your Facebook Page inbox directly to Odoo Discuss. The moment a customer messages your page, the conversation opens as its own channel in Odoo, and your team replies with text, images, and videos without ever opening Facebook.

Every contact gets a dedicated channel with live alerts, and a clear countdown shows how long the 24-hour reply window stays open, so no message goes cold. Need help on a chat? Hand it to the right colleague in a click, or turn the conversation into a CRM lead with the full history attached.

A built-in dashboard keeps score: message volume, delivery and read rates, response rate, and which conversations are still active. It is made for support, sales, and marketing teams who win business on Facebook and want every chat, contact, and lead living inside Odoo.
