7.) Submit Employee KRA to Supervisor

This screen shows an employees KRA form in Draft state. It includes predefined questions, descriptions, hints, and weightages for evaluation. Once the employee reviews and fills in their responses, they can click Submit to Supervisor to move the KRA forward for managerial review.

8.) KRA to Review Supervisor View

This interface presents the list of KRAs submitted by employees and pending supervisor evaluation. It provides key details such as KRA Month, Quarter, Year, Employee Name, KRA Title, and Current Status (Submit to Supervisor). Supervisors can access each record to review and assess employee performance.

9.) KRA to Review Completion Stage

This interface displays the supervisors review view for an employee’s KRA record. It provides detailed evaluation parameters such as Questions, Descriptions, Hints, Weightage, and both Employee and Manager Scores. After the review process, the supervisor finalizes the assessment by selecting the "Done" option, marking the KRA as completed.

10.) Employee KRA Report Generation

This interface represents the finalized stage of an employees Key Result Area (KRA) evaluation. Once the review process is complete and the KRA is marked as Done, the user can generate a comprehensive Employee KRA Report for documentation or analysis purposes. The detailed table below provides an overview of each performance metric, including questions, descriptions, hints, weightage, and evaluation scores.
