Control Export Access Per User
Enable or disable the Show Export Button option for individual users. This feature allows administrators to grant export permissions only to authorized users, ensuring secure and controlled access to data export across the system
Automatically Show or Hide the Export Option
The Export option is displayed only for users with the Show Export Button permission enabled. Unauthorized users will not see the Export action in the list view Action menu, providing seamless user-based access control without affecting other actions.

1.) Enable Export Button for Individual Users
Configure export access for each user by enabling the Show Export Button option in the user form. This allows administrators to grant export permissions only to selected users while keeping the Export action hidden for everyone else.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users
2.) Export Option Hidden from Action Menu
When the Show Export Button option is disabled, the Export action is automatically removed from the Action menu in list views. Users can still perform other permitted actions, but exporting records is restricted.
3.) Grant Export Permission to a User
Simply enable the Show Export Button checkbox in the user's access settings and save the record. The selected user will immediately gain access to the Export option without affecting other users.

4.) Export Option Available After Permission
After enabling the permission, the Export option becomes visible in the Action menu, allowing authorized users to export selected records while maintaining secure user-level access control.
