How to Open OCR for Purchase Orders
- Open a Order.
- Click on the Import Purchase Order submenu.
Extract Details View.
Upload Document and Select Page Range
As shown in the image below, you need to upload the attachment and specify the Start Page Number and End Page Number to ensure accurate data fetching.
Fetch Data Using OCR
After attaching the file and selecting the appropriate page range, click on the Fetch Data button to extract data using OCR.
After fetching the data, you can see that all information is automatically populated in the Data section from the attached document.
JSON Data and Create Order
In the JSON section, you can view the extracted data in JSON format. Below this section, click on the Create Order button to create the Purchase Order.
Preview Attachment
In the Preview section, you can view the attached document that you uploaded earlier.
Purchase Order Created
The purchase order is successfully created after clicking on the Create Purchase Order button.
