Helpdesk Base
The Helpdesk Base module serves as a foundation for integrating additional features. By enabling specific features for a helpdesk team, those features will be activated on the tickets managed by that team.â
Configuration
1. From the Helpdesk main menu, navigate to Configuration â Teams.

2. In the Teams List View, select the team you want to configure.

3. In the Team Form View, various options are available for activating features on the tickets managed by that team.
Note: Each option corresponds to a separate module available in the Odoo Apps Store. You must
have the relevant module installed to enable the feature.

For example, if you enable the Allow Sales option for the Helpdesk team

Then the tickets managed by that team will display a Quotations button, allowing users to create quotations directly from the ticket.
