Employee Resignation
This app helps the employee and manager manage the flow of employee Resignation.
Highlight Employee Resignation
Manager and User level Access rights for resignation
Maintain the Employee resign Checklist
Set notice period duration for employee

Features
Access rights for user and manager:
User can access only their own record, and the manager can access all records.
Employee Resignation Request:
User can create a Resignation Request and submit it to Manager.
Set Notice Period for Employee:
Manager can set notice period for employee.
Set Resign Checklist for Employee:
Set checklist for employees when they resign, Complete their checklist task first.
Auto Archive Resigned Employee:
When all processes complete and the employee resigns, that employee will be automatic archived.

1) Access Rights for Employee Resignation:
Users have to set a role of Resignation User or Resignation Manager in "Resignation".
Navigation : Settings → Users & companies → User

2) Resign Checklist:
Here, the Manager can create a checklist of resigning for the employee.
Navigation : Employee → Configuration → Resign Checklist

3) Resign Reason:
Here, The Manager can create a valid reason for resigning.

4) Resign Request Created:
Here, the User selects the Resign reason and Checklist submits a request to manager.
After completing the checklist, the progress bar will show the average percentage of the checklist.
Navigation : Employee → Employee Resignation

5) Request Submited:
After submitting the request, the state will change into Summited.
Navigation : Employee → Employee Resignation

6) Approve or Reject Request:
Here, the Manager can Approve or Reject the resignation request.
Navigation : Employee → Employee Resignation

7) Set Notice Period:
Manager can set notice period for employee when he/she approves request.
Navigation : Employee → Employee Resignation

8) Notice Period for Employee:
Here, the employee can see their notice period duration.

9) Notice Period warning:
This will restrict the employee to leave before completing the notice period.

10) Employee Resigned:
When the employee completes their notice period and resigns, the state will change into Employee resigned.

11) Resigned Employee Archived:
Resigned employee will be automatically archived after completed resigning.
