Helpdesk Pro: Support, tickets, issues

The Helpdesk Pro module allows you to create and manage customer support tickets. The support team accesses the ticket portal to manage customer ticket issues from the odoo backend. Customer service manages odoo's help desk ticket management to resolve issues by tracking tickets. When creating a project, entering the tasks and the timesheet for each task, the hours of the support package will decrease until the total number of contracted hours is consumed. Being able to hire another Support Pack. The Helpdesk Pro module also provides a customer service interface where they can fill in their request details with attached documents and create a support ticket request. The support ticket will be emailed to the customer and agent/administrator.
