You are a manager and want users to receive a message when they open the form view of a document, helping them pay attention to important information.
With this app, Odoo will display a message when a user opens the form view of a document or when they select an item from a Many2one or Many2many field.
1. Configuration.
- Go to User access right setting and enable "User Push Notification Group"
2. Push Notification.
- After enabling the "User Push Notification Group", you will see the "Push Notification" item in the list of actions.
- Click on that item to push notification.
- Message Contents: The message will be shown when user go to form view of document.
- Message type: There are 3 types: Danger, Info and Warning.
- Notify to All: The message will be shown to all users.
- Notify to User: Specify the users who will receive the message.
- Sticky Message: The message will appear in the top-right corner and will not close automatically. The user must close it manually.
- Many2one & Many2many: If this document is from a Many2one or Many2many field, the message will be shown when the user selects this document in the Many2one or Many2many field.
- You can see list of push notifications from Setting --> Technical --> Model Notification Configuration.
