Configuration

Set API key in Company

Configure roles for the administrator

Configure roles for the officer

Set SIP-Identifier for every user

Stream Telecom connection:

Please give Stream Telecom tech support this url: https://your_website.com/streamtelecom/events and ask for that webhook to be connected to your account

Set a time to archive/delete call history and enable calltracking

Press “Stream Telecom” button to start the call

View the history of calls

When start call in custom module create record with stage In progress

When call end, stage automatically change to Done, all information about are saved
