Whether using minimum rounding for attendance (e.g., round down to the nearest 6 or 15 minutes) or maximum rounding for leave (e.g., always round up to ensure full coverage), the module standardizes time tracking across the board. This ensures consistency in payroll calculations and reduces discrepancies caused by small time variations.
