1. Flexible Time Rounding

Customize how attendance, overtime, and leave durations are rounded—up or down—based on your organization’s policies. Whether using minimum rounding for attendance (e.g., round down to the nearest 6 or 15 minutes) or maximum rounding for leave (e.g., always round up to ensure full coverage), the module standardizes time tracking across the board. This ensures consistency in payroll calculations and reduces discrepancies caused by small time variations.

2. Clear Reporting & Exporting

All rounded attendance, overtime, and leave values are clearly displayed in both on-screen reports and exported files. This ensures that HR, payroll, and management teams are aligned with standardized time calculations, reducing confusion and improving consistency across departments.

Navigate to: Attendances > Overview/Management/Reporting
Result: Rounded values are stored and used for reporting and payroll purposes, ensuring consistency.

3. Reporting and Export

Navigate to: Employees > Reporting > Attendance Report
