This module offers functionalities for overseeing the construction sector, as illustrated in the screenshots below.

Main Features

• Enable your project managers to establish construction projects within the project configuration.
• Enable your project manager or user to generate job orders, work orders, and tasks for construction projects.
• You can provide specific construction site information for the construction project, including details about the type of construction and the location.
• The note smart button allows you to access project-specific construction notes from the project.
• Project users or workers are assigned construction project work orders to complete.
• The project manager has the ability to generate sub-tasks within job orders or work orders and view the subtasks tab within job orders, work orders, or tasks.
• The system incorporates a material planning tab designed to facilitate the planning of materials for particular job orders or work orders, as well as products, either prior to the commencement of a job or during the execution of ongoing job orders or work orders, allowing for requests to be made accordingly.
• A new tab for material consumption has been incorporated into job orders and work orders, allowing users to identify the materials and products required for construction projects and tasks.
• The material requisition tab displays the specifics of material requisitions for job orders or work orders.
• The stock movements tab displays the specifics of stock movements for job orders / work orders
• The project manager has the ability to generate notes for project and job orders, work orders, and tasks.
• The material purchase requisitions can be viewed through material requisitions/BOQ.
• Enable the specification of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) type for products, materials, or items.
• The contractor information is displayed in the contractor menu, allowing for effective management.
• Set up the construction stages for various construction projects and work orders.
• New groups have been established above the project users and project manager roles. For instance, a planning engineer falls under the project user category, while a design manager may hold the position of project manager. Kindly review the screenshot displaying the added groups.
• Generate a PDF report for the details of job orders/work orders as displayed in the sample below.
• Produce a PDF report that includes the project notes details, as per the example provided.
• Generate a PDF report for the construction project details depicted in the screenshots below.
