1) Create a New Employee Document:
Here, by clicking on the "Add" button inside the employee form view, the user can create a new document for that employee. As shown as the screenshot you can find how many document have already created for that employee.
Navigation : Employees ➡ Employees ➡ Employee
2) Set Expiry Date for Employee Document:
Select an expiry date when adding a document,Ensure timely tracking of document validity.
Navigation : Employees ➡ Employee Document ➡ Expiry Date
3) Configure Expiry Notification Settings:
User can see the Employee Document Expiry setting under the Employee Settings. User can set the number of days before expiry for email notifications.
4) Receive Expiry Notification via Email:
The app will send an automated email alert based on the set Employee Document expiry in the settings. Notifications ensure timely action before expiration.
