Timesheet Approval
This app streamlines the process of timesheet submission, approval, rejection, and analysis. It allows employees to submit timesheets for approval, and managers to approve or reject them, with features for bulk operations and detailed reporting.

Features
Timesheet Submission and Approval:
Employees submit their timesheets, which initially appear in draft status. After review, managers can approve or reject the timesheets, with reasons for rejection provided.
Bulk Approval and Rejection:
Managers can approve or reject multiple timesheet requests simultaneously, improving efficiency.
Timesheet Analysis and Reports:
Custom reports can be generated for timesheet analysis, filtered by date, project, task, employee, and status.

1) Timesheet Request Submission:
When an employee submits a timesheet, it starts in the draft state. The employee can then send a request for approval to the manager.
Navigation : Timesheet → Form View

2) Timesheet Approval or Rejection:
After receiving the request, the admin (manager) can approve or reject the timesheet.
Navigation : Timesheet → Form View

3) Approval Confirmation:
Once the timesheet is approved, its state changes to "Approved."

4) Rejection Reason Display:
The rejection reason will be visible in the form view for reference.

5) Reverting to Draft:
After approval or rejection, the admin can revert the timesheet to "Draft" if needed. If rejected, the rejection reason must be provided.

6) Tree View Approval/Rejection:
Approval and rejection buttons are available in the tree view, where the admin can perform these actions without opening the form view.

7) Bulk Approvals:
Users can approve timesheets in bulk, speeding up the approval process.

8) Bulk Rejections:
Users can reject timesheets in bulk, speeding up the rejection process.
Navigation : Timesheet → Tree View

9) Bulk Rejection Reason:
When rejecting in bulk, users must provide a reason for rejection, applicable to all selected records.

10) Timesheet Analysis Report:
This screen allows users to generate custom timesheet reports by selecting specific date ranges, projects, tasks, employees, and statuses for detailed timesheet analysis.
Navigation : Timesheet → Reporting → Timesheet Report

11) Custom Timesheet Report Overview:
Users can generate a detailed timesheet report by filling in key details:
Start Date and End Date : Defines the period for which timesheet entries are displayed.
Project : Filters to show only tasks and entries related to the selected project.
Task : Suggests tasks related to the project; only the selected task's timesheet entries are included. If no task is selected, all tasks are considered.
Employee : Select a specific employee to filter entries. If no employee is selected, all employees' timesheets are shown.
Status Filter : Option to display only approved, rejected, or all records. By default, it shows all records.
This setup ensures the user can customize the report to suit their analysis needs.

12) Excel Report:
The report can be exported in Excel format for further analysis.
