Employee Income Deduction

This module would allow a user to manages Employee Income Deduction.

Features

  • Allow user to Create Custom Tax % Slab Category
  • Allow user to Create Custom Tax Deduction Description Fields
  • This module allow user to Calculate the Gross Amount, Total Deductions, Taxable Amount, Tax Payable.
  • This module allow user to convert the annually Taxable amount into monthly taxable amount.

Screenshots

Go to Configuration Menu --> Go to Tax Slab sub menu.

Click on Create button to Create Tax Slab.

Fill all the Fields.

Click on Deduction Description sub menu to create Deductions.

Fill all the Fields.

Click on Employee menu. And click on new button to create employee or open any existing employee.

Click here to open contract.

Click on TDS Information.

Fill all data as suggested in picture.

Fill all data as suggested in picture.

  • Total Deductions will be the summation of the addition of Deduction Field Amount.
  • Total Deductions will be the sum of Total Amount of the Deduction Description fields.
  • You can select regime.
  • Extra Charges Amount will be added in the Tax Payable Field

    • Taxable Amount = Gross Income - Total Deductions

  • Tax slab will be auto updated based on Taxable amount.
