Configure Incoming Mail Servers.
Go to Settings → Technical → Incoming Mail Servers to configure your
incoming mail server.
Make sure to select ‘Time Off’ in the ‘Create a New Record’ field.
Configure Leave Email Alias
Go to Time Off → Configuration → Settings, then enter the Prefix and Domain.
Leave Request Email
Create a leave request using the employee’s registered email. The email subject must include the prefix defined in the Leave Email Alias, and the email body should specify the leave dates in DD/MM/YYYY format.
