This Module allows to Generate Realtime Data Through AI Chat Bot .

Odoo Ask Agent – Smart Data Extraction:



  • Ask your queries in natual language, it will understand and respond with the data
  • It will give you the analytics in realtime
  • Can be trained for the custom modules
  • It considers the access rights of the User
  • It responds based on the allowed modules data and answers based on the allowed companies only
  • It can create contacts and Sales orders by just asking it
  • It supports voice mode, Just ask through your voice and it will answer your query

Configuration:

1. The User has to go the Odoo Dashboard >Click on Settings to Navigate to Setting page

2. The Page will be navigating the setting > General Setting Screen> Click on Manage Users.

Steps:

3. The page will be navigated to Users Dashboard view. The user will select the User Name for enabling the configuration settings.

4. The Screen is navigated to the Main User details screen and the user will be selecting Other > Chat Agent field: Chat Agent User or Chat Agent Admin from the dropdown list. The function of Chat agent user is that he will have only chatting rights only. And the function of the Chat agent admin will have access for setting the configuration page and also have the rights to chat

5. Chat Agent Module: The User has to Navigate to the Odoo Dashboard > Click on Chat Module.

6.The Page will be navigating to the LL Configuration Page Dashboard. The User will click on the New button to configure the LL Configuration.

7. LLM configuration Example is show below:

a. Name: Define the Name for Configuration

b. LLM Provider: In the dropdown list you can two provider one is Open AI and other is Gemini. Based on the Selection on LLM Provider, the details are updated in the Model Name.

c. Model Name: Based on the Selection of LM provider, Model name is to be define (Open AI or Gemini)

d. Temperature: This is fixed ratio (keep it as it is)

e. Based on LM provider Selected, The API key is to entered in this field

f. System Prompt: Leave as it is.

Step 2: Workflow Process:

1. Go to Odoo Dashboard > Click on Ask Agent Button for Chatting: This is button will be displayed based on the access rights set in the user access.

2. The Chat Page opens up for chatting. The User can start Chat by Click on the Mic icon in the chat tab. Once it is enabled the Mic icon will appear in the Browser part of Recording the voice and chat with bot and automatically stop voice chat, when the voice single stops:

3. Click on the New Button, the new chat: the Chart screen will be refreshed and will show for new chat process for the user. The user will type the Required details in the chat. for example, in the below screenshot: We have typed the request for Account receivable report for this month and the chat will shows thinking and the final data is fetched and displayed in the chat

4. Print the Report fetched in the chat: The user will be clicking the Print icon in the top grid. To print the Fetched data. see example screenshot No-1 and No-2

Steps:

5. Hide the Side panel bar in the Chat: The user can click on the Two icons where once clicked the side panel bar gets hided. Please refer the screenshot No-1 and 2

6. How to Delete the Chat message: The use has to select the chat message which is displayed in the chat browser side panel bar. and click on the message, you will get a pop screen for confirm the delete or cancel process. The user will click on Yes, Delete button, to delete the message. Please refer the screenshot No.1

7. Maximize and Minimize the Chat Screen: The user has to click on the Arrow icon in the top right-side panel. the Screen gets changed or minimize and once again when we click it will maximize
