Key Highlights
Bi-directional Project and Task Sync
Automatically create Projects, Tasks, Attachments, Status, and Users in Jira when created in Odoo—and vice versa.
Export/Import Project and Task Data
Easily transfer all Project and Task-related information between Odoo and Jira.
Auto Deletion Sync
When a Task or Attachment is deleted in Odoo or Jira, it is automatically removed from the other platform.

Messages and log notes from Odoo Task chatter are automatically added as comments in the corresponding Jira Task.

Jira Profile
Login to the jira account and click the icon -> profile
Jira Api Key Generation
Security --> Create API token.
Token Label
Provide a label and click on the Create button.
Settings View
Project Admin can only access Jira connector in settings.
Authenticate Connection
Go to Project -> Setting, First set the URL of Jira, Username and API Token. Then you can test the connection.
Import/Export Datas
After that you can export/import or sync all the project, task and users. It also syncs the comments and attachments.
You can import projects while creating them in your Jira account using the "Automatic" feature .
WebHook setup
Go to Jira --> Settings --> System settings --> WebHooks
Webhook Configuration
Create a webhook
After adding details like 'name' and 'status',Add url "/jira_webhook" with your app's url.
Webhook Events
Only allowed protocol is HTTPS. Then enable events to trigger that webhook. After that save the webhook.
