Installation
To install the module, you need to go to the Apps menu and remove the filter from the search bar and type the module name pragtech_hrms_compensation_analysis, and click on the Activate button.
Configuration
Navigate to Settings > General Settings. Here you can see the “AI Credentials” section and the “OpenAI API Key” field. Need to set the API Key here. You can get the API Key from “https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys” here.
Workflow
Now go to the “Employees” application.
You can see an “AI Analyse” menu over here. In that menu, there is a submenu called “Compensation Analysis”. Click on it and create a new record.
Provide the “Analysis Title”. If a title is not available, a default title will be generated. Then, click the “Run Analysis” to check the compensation analysis.

After installing the module, go to “Settings > General Settings”, then scroll to the “AI Credentials” section. Enter your “OpenAI API Key”, which can be generated from OpenAI API Keys Page.

The AI then evaluates how compensation strategies affect “employee retention and satisfaction”.
It provides AI-driven insights into the “effectiveness of compensation plans”, helping HR teams make informed decisions to “boost retention” and “improve employee satisfaction”.
Yes. Since it uses the “OpenAI API” for analysis, a stable internet connection is required for generating results.
