Installation

To install the module, you need to go to the Apps menu and remove the filter from the search bar and type the module name pragtech_hrms_turnover_analysis,, and click on the Activate button.

Configuration

Navigate to Settings > General Settings. Here you can see the “AI Credentials” section and the “OpenAI API Key” field. Need to set the API Key here. You can get the API Key from “https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys” here.

Workflow

Now go to the “Employees” application.

You can see an “AI Analyse” menu over here. In that menu, there is a submenu called “Employee Turnover Analysis”. Click on it and create a new record.


Select the “Employee” name from the selection. button.

The Current Position, Department will automatically show here. Run the analysis by clicking on the “Analyze Turnover” button.

The detailed AI analysis will be displayed here. The AI will identify reasons for employee turnover and predict future attrition, using the particular employee's Name, Age, Gender, Position, Department, Experience, Salary, and Worked Hours

3. How can I install the Turnover Analysis module in Odoo?

Go to the Apps menu, clear all filters, and search for pragtech_hrms_turnover_analysis. Click on the Activate button to install and enable the module.

4. Where do I set up the OpenAI configuration for the module?

Navigate to Settings > General Settings, scroll to the “AI Credentials” section, and paste your OpenAI API Key. You can obtain your key from https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys.

5. How do I perform turnover analysis for an employee?

Go to the Employees application, open the “AI Analyse” > “Employee Turnover Analysis” submenu, and create a new record. Select the Employee, then click the “Analyze Turnover” button. The module will automatically fetch relevant data and perform an AI-powered analysis.

6. What kind of insights does the AI provide in the analysis?

The AI generates a detailed report including:
• Possible reasons for turnover (e.g., overwork, low compensation, lack of growth)
• Attrition risk score
