- User-friendly design optimized for quick check-in/check-out without staff assistance.
Pivot and Graphical Analysis
- Pivot Table View: Summarize attendance data by date, member, or time range.
- Graph View: Line charts, bar graphs, or pie charts for visual analysis.
Unregistered Member Detection
- If a member or partner is not registered in the system, the KIOSK will display an error message:
"Member Not Found" - Prevents unauthorized or unregistered users from marking attendance.
- Optionally prompts the user to contact staff or register if needed.
From the Contacts menu, navigate to ‘Attendances’ to view or manage attendance records.
- Before using the system, each partner or club member must be assigned a unique barcode number. Once the member successfully checks in, the attendance icon will turn green, indicating that the check-in has been recorded.
Navigate to: Attendances → KIOSK Mode Attendances
A greeting message will be displayed when the member checks in or checks out.
Navigate to: Attendances → Attendances
Detailed list view of members’ check-in and check-out times along with total worked hours.
Navigate to: Attendances → Analysis Report
The analysis report will display charts such as line charts and pie charts for visual insights.
Navigate to: Contacts → Attendance Report
The system allows users to generate and print weekly and monthly attendance reports in PDF format.
