Integration with viber bot to odoo discuss

Module Features

Receiving messages from users of Viber in odoo discuss
Easy connection of your Viber bot, in system just install pip library 'viberbot'
Two types of user roles: Administrator and Officer

Install

Please install Viber connect

  • Configuration

  • You can connect the token only when the database is running on HTTPS. For the module to work, you should have only one database (if there are more, enable the database filter so that only one is active).

    Viber connections:

    • After configurate roles please reloaded page and go to "Viber integration" module - Viber setting:
    • Pls click create and set you Viber bot token Token field and press Set token button. If successful you will see the “Viber Webhook Set Success
    • After the previous settings, if someone writes you in your viber bot, you will see a message from odoo bot discuss

    Messages:

    • Please reloaded page and go to "Viber integration" module
    • If someone writes you in your viber bot, you will see a message from odoo bot discuss
    • To create a channel and start a conversation, just press the button
    • You can add Crm lead, for it press button Add Crm lead
    • You can correspond not only from the pop-up window, but also with Discuss
    • You can add users to the chat group
    • You can see current chats statuses of odo users and add or leave them
    • To close the chat, go back to it and press Close chat button.

    We have purchased the Viber module, and it is marked as "purchased" in the quotation.

     However, when accessing support, the system indicates that the module has not yet been purchased...

    How should we correctly install it on an on-premise server? How can we obtain the installation link for the application archive?

    Hello
    If you buy a module through the Market, the archive with the module should have been sent to you automatically (I only put my product there, and Odoo-Market sells it).

    By the way, I received no notifications that someone bought the module. So, I think you need to contact support, this is clearly a problem on their side.
